In the charming city of Blois you discover the Royal Castle and the famous Beauvoir Tower. These are the unique settings for a tasting of local products and wines. You also enjoy a cooking experience, making the most iconic recipes of the region yourself.
In the heights of the Beauvoir tower, your expert guide has prepared a wonderful tasting of cheeses and charcuterie from the Loire. He has selected for you wines from the Loire Valley and helps you appreciate all their subtile aromas.
In the afternoon you meet with a local chef to prepare two recipes that are typical of the region: Poularde 1550 with Saffron and Verger Blésois, a desert based on chocolate and apples. Following the instructions of the master, you prepare the dishes at a high gastronomy level.
