Discovering Lyon

The second largest city in France, Lyon is famous for its gastronomy, especially since its iconic Chef Paul Bocuse has sublimated the traditional local cuisine.
It is also a lively and majestic city with its Italianized city center inherited from the wedding of the King and Marie de Medici. Historical city, it is also a contemporary city with exceptional street art walls.

Market and "bouchon"

You walk through the Paul Bocuse covered market,  where you can find all the quality products that make the success of French cuisine.

Your guide will also have you try a "Bouchon", those bistros that only have the right to this name if they combine traditional gastronomy and a warm atmosphere. It is a very local tradition.
