We make your dreams come true
Your driver is waiting for you at the station or at the airport in Bordeaux. The discovery can start. You stop in a very old oil mill which still make the oil with 19th century processes and tools. You then visit an extraordinary caviar farm, a longstanding tradition that has been recently reintroduced. you settle in your hotel in the late afternoon.
You discover a very old mill wich technique to make oil remains unchanged since the 19th century. You learn how the nuts are chosen and how the ouil is made out of them. It is also the occasion to taste the products and understand what makes their quality.
It's not widely known, but caviar is part of the south west heritage. The farm is managed by a former Chef of the French presidents, and produces a high quality caviar. You have a private visit with the caviar-master who opens all the doors of the estate for you. You can even touch the sturgeons in the pools, and of course ... taste.
On the main square of the village, you savour a simple local cuisine made out of the best local products. Chicken paté, lamproie, confit… For the greedy ones, there are the deserts of Grand Ma … to die for.
